Return policy

We accept returns on all our products unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. It should be ensured by the user/customer that they contact the Customer Care to raise a complaint to initiate a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Eligible items should reach us within 10 days from the date you originally received it. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, jewelry bags, jewelry boxes, watch stands etc. or any other gift item that is sent to you along with your order) intact. Please note that accepts returns or exchanges only in case of a defected item or in case of incorrect product(s) shipped to you.
Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks and payment gateways. Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines.
  • Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking: 7-10 working days from the refund initiation date
  • NEFT Transfer: 7-10 working days from the refund initiation date
  • Store Credits: Immediately
From time to time, few items will be on final sale, as stated on the detail page of that specific item. Please note that final sales items cannot be returned. By purchasing such an item, you undertake that you won’t be asking to return that particular product.
If you used any Store credits to purchase items you have elected to return, these credits will be reinstated in lieu of receiving a full Merchandise Credit. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the actual amount of the purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Care team and you will receive a Wear Your Fashion Store credit to your account.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped, we will replace the item if it remains in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be credited for the original charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect by contacting our Customer Care team.
The credit process will be initiated once we have received the item or items in our warehouse, and completed our quality check. Credits are typically processed in less than 10 business days.
To initiate a return, please call our Customer Care team and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credits to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.
